Ancient Method of Muscle-Changing Suspension Technique
Awaken the Innate Power of the Lower Dan Tian

The root suspension practice from the lower section of the Yi Jin Jing is the most scientific, safest, and oldest method for strengthening and conditioning the male root.

The core principle of root suspension therapy originates from the physiological foundation of the human body—the female ovaries. By suspending weights at the perineum and oscillating them side-to-side, the external kidneys stimulate the internal kidneys, rapidly activating and enhancing kidney function.

The Miraculous Effects of the Yi Jin Jing - Suspension Practice

Enhance sexual function

Through specific breathing techniques and movement combinations, sensitivity in the glans can be reduced, erection firmness enhanced, and sexual intercourse duration extended. This approach demonstrates significant efficacy for individuals experiencing frequent urination, urgency, or incomplete emptying due to prostate function decline.

Boost energy

Boost Immunity

Activate your body's potential, boost energy levels, improve sleep quality, and relieve fatigue and stress. Suitable for individuals with kidney deficiency experiencing symptoms such as weak knees and lower back, tinnitus, and loose teeth.

Regulate the immune system, enhance physical resistance, and reduce the incidence of disease.

Regulate endocrine function

Stimulate the human endocrine system, balance hormone levels, and improve bodily functions.

Practicing the Yi Jin Jing - What Will You Gain from Suspension Training?

Stretch your muscles and bones, unblock your meridians

It is recommended to first consult a professional trainer. During practice, maintain the spine's natural physiological curvature; avoid deliberately bending or arching the lower back. If sharp pain occurs in the lower back during exercise, stop immediately and switch to gentler spinal movements.

Strengthen the spine and fortify the kidneys, invigorate yang energy

This exercise primarily targets the lumbar and dorsal spine regions, where the Governor Vessel traverses and governs the body's yang energy. Through suspension traction and stretching, it strengthens core stability in the lower back, reinforces the spine's natural curvature, nourishes kidney function, and serves to invigorate yang energy while alleviating lower back soreness and weakness.

For issues like rounded shoulders and excessive pressure on the lumbar and cervical spine caused by prolonged sitting, suspension therapy can reverse muscle contraction, relax tense shoulder, neck, waist, and back muscles, and reduce cervical disc pressure. Regular practice can improve poor posture such as hunched shoulders and back, and alleviate chronic neck, shoulder, waist, and back pain.

Harmonize qi and blood, enhance vitality

During the suspension process, the body remains in a relaxed state, promoting circulation of qi and blood throughout the entire body. This allows the internal organs to receive more abundant nourishment from oxygenated blood, helping to alleviate physical fatigue and mental lethargy while enhancing vitality and energy levels.

FAQs

Can I do hanging exercises with a bad lower back?

Those with mild lower back issues may practice, but avoid straining recklessly. It's advisable to consult a professional trainer first. During practice, maintain the spine's natural physiological curvature—neither deliberately arching nor rounding the lower back. If sharp pain occurs in the lower back during exercise, stop immediately and switch to gentler spinal care movements.

I'm getting older and my bones are brittle. Could hanging exercises damage my joints?

As long as you use the right technique, there's absolutely no need to worry! Older adults practicing hanging exercises don't need to strive for a completely straight body. You can slightly bend your knees to reduce pressure on the joints.

Why Not Choose Medicine?

Modern medicine saves lives. We hold it in the highest regard. But it is designed to address acute problems, emergencies, and symptom management. It is not intended to teach the body how to regulate stress, restore circulation, rebuild resilience, or maintain long-term balance. Many people over 35 fall into a vicious cycle: Discomfort → Medication → Side Effects → More Medication. While Yijinjing-Chuidao cannot replace medical care, it compensates for what drugs cannot provide: daily regulation, nervous system balance, blood circulation, emotional stability, and inner strength. Thus, your body reduces dependency rather than increasing it.
